Game Submissions

Chaos Publishing does not currently accept any unsolicited game

submissions, ideas or proposals. Any unsolicited submissions, ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques posted or sent to us will be

treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

Shipping

There is a shipping cost calculator in the shopping cart. Please refer

to this to provide you with an exact quote for the delivery of your

order. Orders placed on this website will be processed and shipped

from our business address within 2 working days. If sent within the UK, please allow 1 to 2 working days delivery for

First Class shipments and 3 to 5 working days delivery for Standard

Parcel shipments. If sending to Europe, please allow 3 to 5 days

delivery. If sending to the rest of the world, please allow 5 to 7

working days delivery. All international shipments will be sent either

by Airmail or (for an extra £4.95) International Signed For.

Chaos Publishing will not be held liable for delays in the mail system

or slow delivery times. Chaos Publishing will also not be held liable

for lost or damaged shipments. Return Policy

All sales are final. If internal game components are found to be

missing or damaged on arrival, an attempt will be made to replace

the missing parts at the sole discretion of Chaos Publishing. The

customer must notify us of the problem within 30 days of purchase. If

the product was purchased through a retailer other than Chaos

Publishing, we may require a receipt to prove the date of purchase

before we will replace missing or damaged parts. Game components which are lost or damaged by the customer may be replaced at a

small fee, if the parts are available.
